What do we do with a visual novel about 15 high schoolers who have been trapped and forced to kill each other by an evil robotic bear named Monokuma? Why, we make a parody musical of course! Hope, Despair: Musical!, written by Thomas D. Nelson with music by Sam Wurdemann, garnered over 1 million views and over 250,000 likes on Tiktok as we showcased songs, characters, and clips. The musical was produced and the Hope, Despair: Musical! album was recorded, mixed, and mastered and has been available on streaming platforms since October 31st, 2023.
